Scheduling

 

• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule all touch-up procedures within the proper time frame.

• By scheduling your appointment, you agree to all terms and conditions.

• Femme Face Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any party.

 

Pricing

 

• Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change without notice.

• At time of payment, applicable sales tax will be added to your service total.

 

Refunds

 

• Results are not guaranteed and differ on a case by case basis.

• For PMU services, our goal is to give you a new set of brows and/or lips that you love! We explain the procedure and healing process in its entirety so you know what to expect. Because results vary from one individual to another, multiple sessions may be required to achieve your desired result.

• No refunds.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

• Please give 72 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

• Clients who choose to cancel their appointment entirely forfeit their deposit (for PMU services).

• Please be on time to your appointment. A $50 no-show fee will be applied to clients who are more than 20 minutes late and may need to reschedule their appointment (for PMU services).

• No call/no shows will be charged 100% of their service fee plus applicable taxes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Corrections & Cover-Ups

 

• These procedures require a consultation and approval before booking.

• Please email a clear, full-face photo with no make-up to femmefacebar@gmail.com prior to booking your appointment.

 

Eligibility for PMU

 

Contraindications for PMU Servies:

• Under 18 years of age (no exceptions)

• Accutane users within the last 6 months

• Blood borne illnesses

• Broken skin near the eyebrow (psoriasis, eczema, acne, open wounds)

• Diabetic (doctor’s note required)

• Glaucoma

• History of keloid scarring

• Liver disease

• Lupus (doctor’s note required)

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Skin cancer

• Skin disease

• Take blood thinners (doctor’s note required)

• Undergoing chemotherapy

• Viral infections

 

Guests / Cell Phones

 

• Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. No guests will be allowed in the procedure room.

• Upon entering the treatment room, please put your cell phones and hand held devices away and on silent during your appointment.
